Spelling Words Sept 28-October 2nd

Spelling Rule: The Y Rule:
a. If the letter before the Y is a vowel, the Y does not change when you add the suffix.
b. If the letter before the Y is a consonant, the Y changes to an I when you add the suffix...unless, the suffix starts with an I.
